Return Policy
Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 60 days for a replacement or full refund.

Items damaged during shipping may be returned within 14 days (please include photos of the damaged packaging).
Non-Eligible Returns

Products that have been used, unless they are defective.

Products without original packaging or with missing components.

Clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

Opened intimate hygiene products (for health and safety reasons).
How to Start a Return

Contact Our Team: Send us an email through the "Contact Us" page with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.

Pack Your Return: Securely pack the product, preferably in its original packaging.

Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
Refund Options

Refund to the original payment method (3–5 business days for credit cards, 7–10 business days for bank transfers).

Store credit (with an additional 10% value bonus).

Exchange for another product.
Return Shipping Costs

Our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping): We cover the return shipping cost with a prepaid label.

Change of mind or incorrect size selection: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
