Order Processing

-Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

-Orders placed after 12:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates

-Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped (not from when the order is placed).

-Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

-Weather conditions and high-volume periods may affect delivery times.

International Orders

-Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.

-These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

-Please review your country's import regulations before placing an order.

-We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.
